• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Required Documentation:

• A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all returns to verify the condition of the product.

Conditions for Refunds:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI. You will need to provide your UPI details.
